Fat Harvesting: We carefully harvest the necessary amount of fat from areas such as the thighs or abdomen using delicate techniques.

Fat Separation: We go through a process of separating only the pure fat cells from the harvested fat. This step is crucial for enhancing the naturalness of the results and the engraftment rate.

Fat Injection: We delicately inject the purified fat into the designed areas in very small units across multiple layers. It requires meticulous skill, just like a sculptor completing a work of art.

Recovery: There may be swelling and bruising after the surgery, but they will naturally subside over time. You usually won't experience significant discomfort in your daily life after about 1 to 2 weeks.

The passage of time, the natural change is?

One of the biggest advantages of a full-face fat graft is that it becomes more natural over time.
Initially, it might feel awkward due to some swelling, but as the swelling subsides, it settles in and provides a natural volume as if it were part of your own face.
Although there are individual differences, generally after about 3 months, approximately 70% of the fat will take hold and fill the volume in the transplanted areas, while the remaining fat will be absorbed and disappear.
The remaining fat can be said to be semi-permanent because the engraftment was successful.

Filler vs. Fat Grafting, what are the differences?

Fillers provide immediate results, but they are absorbed over time, requiring periodic treatments.
On the other hand, fat grafting has initial swelling, but once it integrates with your own tissue, it has the advantage of maintaining natural volume for a long time.
Therefore, if you want volume in a localized area, it's usually reasonable to choose fillers, and if you need volume for the entire face, fat grafting is a reasonable choice.

Compared to other procedures?

Thread lift: This procedure lifts sagging skin and is more effective for improving sagging than adding volume. Combining it with fat grafting can create a more dramatic anti-aging effect.
Botox: Primarily used to improve expression lines and does not have a volumizing effect. Filling volume with fat grafting and managing fine lines with Botox is also a good approach.
Laser treatment: Helps improve skin tone and reduce fine wrinkles, but it doesn't add volume itself. Combining it with fat grafting can create a synergistic effect.
