PICKLS Refund Policy

1. Refund Policy for Procedure and Surgery Reservation Deposits (or Pre-payments)

Due to the nature of medical services, cancellation fees apply based on the time of cancellation to secure the hospital's schedule. (Based on Korean Standard Time - KST)

  • Cancellation 7 days before the appointment: 100% refund of the payment amount
  • Cancellation 3 to 6 days before the appointment: 80% refund (20% cancellation fee deducted)
  • Cancellation 1 to 2 days before the appointment: 50% refund (50% cancellation fee deducted)
  • Same-day cancellation or No-Show: Non-refundable

(However, if an affiliated hospital has a specific refund policy, the hospital's policy shall take precedence over the platform's standard policy, and this will be notified in advance at the time of payment.)

2. Refund Policy for Online Consulting Fees

  • Cancellation before the specialist's consultation is confirmed: 100% refund
  • After the consultation response has started or has already been provided: Non-refundable

3. Refunds for Dissatisfaction with Procedure Results

PICKLS is a platform that provides information and acts as an agent for booking procedures. Direct refunds through the platform due to subjective dissatisfaction with the procedure results or a simple change of mind are not possible. Any matters related to this must be directly discussed with the medical institution that performed the procedure.

4. Cancellations Due to Force Majeure

If a member is unable to visit on the appointment date due to force majeure events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, flight cancellations, or denial of entry, please submit official supporting documents (e.g., airline cancellation confirmation). Upon review, we will assist with rescheduling or provide a refund without any cancellation fees.
