PICKLS Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms of Service is to stipulate the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and procedures for using the PICKLS.co website and related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") operated by MCL Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") between the Company and the user (hereinafter referred to as the "Member"). The Company is a legally registered business attracting foreign patients in accordance with the "Act on Support for Overseas Expansion of Healthcare System and Attraction of International Patients" of the Republic of Korea.

Article 2 (Contents of Service)

The Company provides the following services to Members:

Provision of medical service information and before/after cases of affiliated hospitals (dermatology, plastic surgery, etc.) in Korea.
Online booking and payment processing for medical services at affiliated hospitals.
Support for online consultation connections with specialists at affiliated hospitals.
'Show me the face': A feature that analyzes photos uploaded by Members and recommends customized procedures and surgeries based on similar cases in the database.

Article 3 (Company's Role and Disclaimer)

The Company acts as an "attractor and intermediary" connecting foreign patients with affiliated hospitals in the Republic of Korea and does not directly provide medical practices.
The Company is not a party to the medical treatment contract between the hospital and the Member, and bears no legal responsibility for the hospital's medical practices, procedure results, side effects, or medical accidents. All responsibilities related to medical services lie solely with the hospital and the attending physician who provided the respective medical service.
The 'Show me the face' feature is merely a reference recommendation service based on AI and data matching, and cannot replace the medical diagnosis or prescription of a medical specialist.

Article 4 (Member's Obligations)

Members must provide accurate information about themselves, their health status, and past medical history when using the service and booking a hospital. The Member is fully responsible for any disadvantages or medical issues arising from the provision of false information.
Citizens of the Republic of Korea and domestic residents may be restricted from using attraction services for foreign patients in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
